Description
This item was taken from the IEEE Conference ' Mid-IR luminescence of nanocrystalline II-VI semiconductors doped with transition metal ions ' A novel method of transition metal (TM) (Cr, Co and Fe) doped II-VI nanocrystalline quantum dots (NCD) fabrication based on laser ablation was demonstrated. For the first time mid-IR luminescence from TM:II-VI NCD is reported.
