Description
This item was taken from the IEEE Conference ' Vibration-induced PM noise in oscillators and measurements of correlation with vibration sensors ' We present data that show correlations between phase fluctuations in a low g-sensitive 10 MHz oven-controlled quartz oscillator (OCXO) and acceleration/vibration sensors. We describe the equipment setup and measurement procedure. Data are in the form of scatter plots, which we find to be highly informative compared to usual L(f) plots when the oscillator is subjected to vibration.
