Description
This item was taken from the IEEE Conference ' On enhancement of phased array modules based on MMICs by using digital circuits ' The paper describes the essential influence of dispersion parameters of passive and active components on the yield of conventional digital phase shifter and attenuator MMICs. The design of a phased array module insensitive to components' dispersion, having low power consumption and losses, is offered. The design uses a flash-memory IC, analog attenuator, phase shifter and simple DAC.
