Description
This item was taken from the IEEE Conference ' The results of the complex investigation and optimization of the transmitting modules, using the miniature multibeam klystrons and TWTs ' Summary form only given. This report contains the results of investigation and optimization of microwave transmitting modules with output power levels of 400-500 W and 100 W in X, Ku and Ka frequency ranges, which use low-voltage miniature multibeam klystrons (MBKs) and TWTs. The transmitting module consists of the power output vacuum device and its power supply. Aims of the work included the study of the transmit module build-up method, with high electrical parameters and small weight and dimensions, both for the output device and its power supply.
