This item was taken from the IEEE Conference ' High-efficiency peniotron 915 MHz for technological applications ' Presented here are the results of a computer optimized design of a 915 MHz peniotron (including simulation of the electron-optic system) with the following parameters: output power - 15 kW, accelerating voltage - 10.3 kV, maximal efficiency - 80%.
