This item was taken from the IEEE Conference ' Fabrication of microring resonator tunable wavelength filter using five-layer asymmetric coupled quantum well ' A microring resonator wavelength tunable filter utilizing the large electro-refractive effect in InGaAs/InAlAs FACQWs was proposed and demonstrated for the first time. The resonant wavelength shift of 0.9 nm was obtained at 13 V.
