To solve the matching problem when a limited number of X-ray projections is used, the proposed approach first looks for all 3D possible solutions. Knowledge is then used to provide global matching constraints and select the best solution. An overview of the method is first described, followed by the presentation of 2D and 3D knowledge which have been retained. Finally, the first results obtained on real images are reported and discussed.<>
