This item was taken from the IEEE Periodical ' Computer simulation of an inverse problem for electric current computed tomography using a uniform triangular discretization ' For the inverse problem of electric current computed tomography, discretization is achieved using a uniform mesh composed of triangular elements. The simulation presented utilizes network analysis, linearization, and iteration to obtain a solution. The network analysis algorithm for the direct as well as the inverse problem is described. It is shown how the matrices used to define the inverse problem can be generated automatically, given only a few parameters that describe the size of the mesh. A way to visualize the result graphically is presented.<
