Mass sensitivity of thickness-shear modes in an isotropic elastic circular cylinder

By: Guo, S.; Yang, J.;

2006 / IEEE

Description

This item was taken from the IEEE Periodical ' Mass sensitivity of thickness-shear modes in an isotropic elastic circular cylinder ' Theoretical prediction of the mass sensitivity of axial and tangential thickness-shear modes in an isotropic elastic circular cylinder due to a thin surface mass layer is presented. Results suggest the possibility of new mass sensors with certain advantages.
